Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Highlands Homestead. We take great care in preparing and packaging each order.

Processing Time

All orders are handcrafted and processed within 3–7 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. During busy seasons, launches, or sales, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Rates & Methods

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. We currently ship within the United States.

Delivery Time

Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Once an order has shipped, we are not responsible for carrier delays.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Returned packages due to incorrect addresses may require additional shipping fees to resend.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier first. If you need additional support, reach out and we’ll do our best to assist.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders may be canceled or modified within 12 hours of purchase, provided the order has not entered production. Once processing begins, changes or cancellations cannot be made.

Local Pickup (Optional)

If local pickup is offered, pickup instructions and timing will be provided after checkout.
